The Career Direction & Development Package is a structured career assessment process for adults, students, and professionals who feel stuck, uncertain, burned out, or ready for clearer direction.
This package helps you better understand your interests, values, strengths, personality, decision-making patterns, and possible career paths. The goal is not to hand you a random list of jobs, but to help you make sense of who you are, what may be getting in the way, and what next steps may fit your goals.

During the first session, we explore your goals, barriers, identity, family expectations, interests, values, personality, strengths, motivational drivers, work environments, team roles, and leadership style.
During the second session, we review your assessment results, explore career options, discuss possible major or field choices when relevant, and build a personalized roadmap for your next steps.
You will receive a written career assessment report and a personalized career roadmap designed to help you move forward with more clarity and direction.
